The challenge was to translate an exemplary customer experience into the world of digital. Luxury intersecting with e-commerce. Luxury brands are often reluctant to fully embrace online experiences as they pale in comparison to the physical experience.

Our solution was to design and build an e-commerce experience that acts as a digital concierge for the company, with a heavy emphasis on prominent trust markers to assuage any concerns about large online transactions. We collaborated closely to ensure that the e-commerce platform is a seamless experience for both customers and the business operation.
